Saanvi Dealer ("we") operates this lead management app for its authorised dealers and team. This policy explains what data the app handles.
Customer enquiries: name, mobile number, pincode, city, address, product interest and message, submitted by the customer or entered by our staff.
Dealer and staff accounts: name, business name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, service pincodes and login times.
Activity: lead status updates, notes and follow-up dates entered by dealers.
Only to route each enquiry to the right dealer, notify them, let them contact the customer, and measure service performance. We do not sell data or show ads.
An enquiry is shared only with the dealer assigned to it. Messages are delivered through our SMS, WhatsApp and email providers, solely to send notifications.
Data is stored on our secured server, sent over encrypted HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed. We keep data while the business relationship is active or as required by law.
Customers may ask us to delete their enquiry data. Dealers and staff can request deletion of their account from Profile → Delete my account, or by writing to us.
